Setting Up AI

AI is what makes ReplyWolf's flows truly powerful. It powers smart replies, message classification, conditional logic, and data extraction — all without you writing a single rule by hand.

Configure Your AI Provider​

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Scroll to the AI Provider section.
  3. Choose a provider from the dropdown: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, Kimi (Moonshot), OpenRouter, or Custom.
  4. Enter your API key from your chosen provider.
  5. Select a default model, or leave it on the recommended one that ReplyWolf picks for you.

Verify It Works​

The quickest way to test your setup:

  1. Create a new flow.
  2. Add a Trigger: Incoming Message node.
  3. Connect it to an AI Generate Reply node.
  4. Save and activate the flow.
  5. Send a test message to your connected WhatsApp account — if you get a smart reply back, you're all set.

Dashboard Warning​

If AI isn't configured yet, you'll see a warning on the Dashboard reminding you to set it up. Once you've added a valid API key, the warning goes away.

Cost​

ReplyWolf does not charge anything for AI usage. All AI costs are billed directly by your chosen provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) based on their own pricing. You can monitor your usage and spending on your provider's dashboard.
