General Settings

These settings control how ReplyWolf looks and behaves. Open them from Settings in the sidebar.

Theme​

Choose how ReplyWolf looks:

  • Light — bright background, dark text
  • Dark — dark background, light text
  • System — automatically follows your operating system's setting

You can also quickly toggle between light and dark mode using the moon/sun icon in the sidebar.

Timezone​

Select your local timezone. This affects:

  • When scheduled flows fire
  • How date matching works in triggers (e.g., birthday reminders)
  • Timestamps shown in execution logs

Important: Make sure this is set correctly. If your timezone is wrong, your scheduled messages will fire at the wrong time. For example, if you're in London but your timezone is set to New York, a flow scheduled for 9:00 AM will actually run at 2:00 PM your time.

Auto-Connect​

When enabled, ReplyWolf automatically reconnects your WhatsApp accounts as soon as the app starts. This means your flows and triggers begin working immediately without you having to manually connect each account.

Recommended: Keep this turned on. If you disable it, you'll need to manually connect each WhatsApp account every time you open ReplyWolf.
