Is ReplyWolf free?

Does ReplyWolf store my messages on a server?
No. Everything is stored locally on your computer. ReplyWolf is a desktop app — your data never leaves your machine. There is no cloud database, no third-party storage, and no one else can access your messages.
Can I use multiple WhatsApp accounts?
Yes. You can add as many WhatsApp accounts as you need from the sidebar. Each account connects independently and can be used in different flows.
What's the difference between Baileys and Cloud API?
These are the two ways ReplyWolf can connect to WhatsApp:

Baileys is simpler to set up — just scan a QR code and you're connected. However, it doesn't support template messages.
Cloud API uses the official WhatsApp Business API through Meta. It requires a Meta Business account but supports template messages and is more reliable for high-volume messaging.
Will my WhatsApp account get banned?
WhatsApp may restrict accounts that send too many messages too quickly or send spam. To minimize risk:
- Use rate limits to control sending speed
- Send relevant, useful messages — not spam
- Honor opt-outs and stop messaging people who ask
- Don't send to people who haven't given consent
- Start with low volumes and increase gradually
How many messages can I send per day?
This depends on two things:
- WhatsApp's own limits — WhatsApp sets sending limits on every account, and these increase over time as your account builds trust.
- Your rate limit settings in ReplyWolf — you control the daily cap in Settings.
Start slow and increase gradually. There's no single magic number that works for everyone.
Can I use ReplyWolf on multiple computers?
Your license works on one computer at a time. If you need to move to a different computer, contact support to transfer your license.
Does the app need to be running for flows to work?
Yes. Since ReplyWolf is a desktop app, it needs to be open and running for scheduled flows and incoming message triggers to work. If you close the app, flows stop running until you open it again.
What AI provider should I use?
It depends on your priorities:
- Best quality: OpenAI (GPT-4o) or Anthropic (Claude) — most capable and reliable
- Budget-friendly: Google Gemini Flash (very cheap) or Groq (has a free tier)
- Maximum flexibility: OpenRouter (access 100+ models with one API key)

Can I send images and videos?
Yes, but it depends on where you're sending from:
- In chat: Use the attachment button to send images, videos, documents, and other media.
- In flows: The Send Message node supports media attachments.
- In campaigns: Text mode only — media attachments are not supported in bulk campaigns.
